Ups and Downs

This weekend was filled with ups and downs.  Let's start with the positive!  When I was with my running group Saturday morning, one of my fellow runners told me I was an inspiration to her!  What a great compliment!  Made me feel awesome!  After running, I went to Body Combat with Hiromi.  Now, the downs....I went to a bachelorette party Saturday night and ate and drank whatever I want.  Not one of my finer moments.  In fact, I was not feeling that great the next morning.  I'm sure it was a combo of the junk and alcohol I put in my body, but Sunday, I followed my diet to a T.  For supper, I took some chicken breasts, pounded them out and rolled ham and Laughing Cow cheese wedge up in them.  I then put a light coating of Italian bread crumbs and put them in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.  They were delicious!

    You're doing great and thank you for your honesty in this blog. It's not always easy to keep to a healthy eating plan. In fact, the reality is that there will always be ups and downs. It's the overall lifestyle that matters. You are a true inspiration for everyone!
